Pear cream with grapes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'm eager to share an interesting idea with you. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. First, grate the lemon zest. Wash the grapes, dry them, cut them in half (large ones into 4 pieces), and remove the seeds.
- 2
Step 2

2. Place half of the sugar and the zest on a skillet. Add cloves, if using. Pour in lemon juice (if the fruits are sweet enough, you can add juice of half a medium lemon).
- 3
Step 3

3. After boiling, place the grapes on the skillet and simmer in the syrup for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Then remove and let cool.
- 4
Step 4

4. On a separate skillet, place the second half of the sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon if desired.
- 5
Step 5

5. While the syrup is coming to a boil, peel and slice the pears thinly.
- 6
Step 6

6. Place them in the pan and simmer for 4-6 minutes (depending on density).
- 7
Step 7

7. Place the cream cheese into a deep bowl. You can add a little cream to make it a thinner consistency. If the fruits are slightly sour, you can add powdered sugar to the cheese.
- 8
Step 8

8. Place the cooled pears into the cheese and gently mix.
- 9
Step 9

9. Before serving, garnish the dessert with grapes. Isn't it beautiful?
