Pear compote with rowanberries for winter storage
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Pear compote made from green or yellow pears, though healthy, often turns out pale and unattractive in appearance. And as we know, the visual appeal of a dish plays an important role. To enhance the appearance of such compote and add a new flavor note, I suggest adding rowanberries. Besides improving the compote's color, rowanberries offer numerous health benefits—they help reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, and combat vitamin deficiency. Plus, the slight bitterness of rowanberries adds a pleasant, distinctive tang to the taste. It's as simple to prepare as any other compote for winter storage.
