Pear cocktail with cranberry

Description
Place the cranberries in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of warm water. Soak for 15 minutes. Drain the water, dry and chill until ready to serve. Evenly divide the pear nectar among eight tall champagne glasses. Add the cranberries, then gently pour wine into each glass. Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Serve immediately.
