
Pear dessert
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Halved pears, fried in butter, filled with custard cream and drizzled with orange syrup. Serve chilled.

Squeeze the juice from 2 oranges, use red oranges if possible.

Peel 4 pears, cut them in half, and immediately immerse them in a container of cold water containing 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This will prevent them from browning. Melt 2 tablespoons of clarified butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and then add the pears. Brown on both sides.

Pour the orange juice into the same skillet (without the pears) and let it simmer until it turns into orange syrup.

Place a couple of pears on a plate. Fill the center with custard cream.
