Pear tea
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You don't need to buy fruit or berry tea— you can easily prepare it at home in just a few minutes, especially during summer. This drink will be much healthier than store-bought versions, and can be served even chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. It is best to use juicy pear varieties so they release their aroma and flavor into the liquid.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the pears in water, cut them into four parts, and remove the cores. Rinse the flesh in water and slice or dice it as desired.
- 3
Step 3

Place the sliced pears into a teapot. Put tea bags or loose tea leaves into the infuser. It's better to use tea bags so that small tea particles don't end up in the drink. Choose the tea variety according to your taste.

Step 4

Boil water in a kettle and pour the boiling water into a teapot. Cover with a lid and let it steep for about 8–10 minutes. Then add granulated sugar, or omit it if you prefer unsweetened drinks.

Step 5

Pour the drink into cups or glasses and serve hot. In summer, the tea can be cooled and served with ice cubes.
