1. Wash the pears, dry them, peel and remove the cores, then cut into small cubes. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

2. Melt the butter (50 grams) and keep it on the heat for about 5 minutes until it turns brown.

3. Sift salt, baking powder, flour, and sugar into a deep bowl. Mix well and add the remaining softened butter.

4. Add the cream, beaten egg, and browned butter. For flavor, add a few drops of vanilla or almond extract. Place the pears into a bowl.
