1. To begin, you need to make a purée. First, boil the whole lemon until soft (about 15–25 minutes). Cool it down, cut into quarters, remove the seeds, and blend in a blender.

2. Peel the pear, cut it into cubes, and cook in a saucepan or microwave until soft. Then mash into a puree.

3. Grease a heat-resistant baking dish with oil and dust with flour or semolina.

4. To prepare the sauce, combine melted butter, honey, and lemon juice.
