1. First, wash the fillet and dry it. Lightly season with salt and pepper, and if desired, add chicken spices or any other favorite seasonings. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and place the fillet in it. Fry over high heat on both sides until a golden-brown crust forms.

2. Place butter in a separate skillet and melt it. Peel the onion and garlic, chop them finely, and add to the skillet. Sauté until golden brown, then add flour. Stir constantly and lightly toast the flour. Mushrooms can also be added if desired—they will make the dish very tasty.
