Description

Autumn is arriving, it's getting quite cold, and nothing warms you up during these rainy days better than a cozy homemade family dinner. Today I'll show you how to make a wonderful stuffed chicken breast with beans that your entire family will love. For me, this dish has practically become synonymous with home and reminds me of those wonderful evenings when our whole family gathered together, and this stuffed chicken breast with beans was always on the table. This recipe can also become a perfect centerpiece for your holiday feast. The meat turns out incredibly tender and aromatic, while the beans are slightly piquant and satisfyingly hearty—leaving no one dissatisfied or hungry. So let's prepare chicken breast with beans at home, creating a dish whose exquisite flavor rivals any restaurant meal.

Place the canned beans in a bowl, add chopped parsley and shallot. Pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, vinegar, season with pepper, and mix well.

Now place 1/4 of the beans in the center of the foil sheet, then put the stuffed chicken breast on top. Sprinkle with hot paprika and wrap the foil into a sealed packet.

    Step 6

Do the same with the remaining 3 chicken breasts, then place them on a baking sheet and put into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil packets from the oven, but do not unwrap the foil yet—let them sit for another 10–15 minutes. Transfer the finished dish onto plates and serve. Enjoy your meal!
