Chicken breast with oranges
Description
This time, just two main ingredients helped me prepare a delicious hot dish. I cooked it for only 1-2 servings, so adjust the quantity of ingredients according to how much finished dish you'd like to end up with.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the chicken breast and cut it open like a "booklet." Carefully make a couple of cuts, without cutting through one side.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the orange and slice it into rounds. Remove the peel from each slice.
- 3
Step 3

Rub the chicken with curry and season with salt. Place a slice of orange between the "layers."
- 4
Step 4

Place an orange slice at the bottom of a cast-iron skillet and put the chicken on top. Secure it with a toothpick. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 150 degrees.
- 5
Step 5

Then remove the meat, but leave the orange slice. Pour the juice into the pan. Bring it to a boil and simmer for about 3 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the finished dish with the orange sauce we have just prepared.
