Turkey breast in a baking bag in the oven

   First, prepare the marinade. Chop the pepper into a bowl and squeeze lemon juice over it. Add ground pepper, mustard, oil, and salt. Mix everything well.

   Wash the turkey breast and rub it with the marinade. Place the poultry under plastic wrap in the refrigerator overnight.

   After about 12 hours, transfer the chicken breast into a roasting bag, seal it. Place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
