
Turkey breast in a baking bag
Description
The recipe won't take much time. As a filling for this simple turkey breast in a bag recipe, you can also use sweet peppers, slightly sautéed eggplant slices, or other vegetables to taste. The result is very tender and flavorful meat, but you can also experiment with the marinade—make it more aromatic or spicy, for example. Serve hot.

1. Wash the turkey breast, pat dry with a paper towel, and place in a deep bowl. Peel the garlic and press through a garlic press. Add pepper to taste, soy sauce, garlic, and a little sesame.
