Turkey breast in a multicooker

30 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you're not on a diet, you can add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise to make the meat even more tender and juicy! It's quite simple to prepare, making it perfect for everyday meals. The finished dish can be served immediately.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Rinse the turkey fillet under cold water and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and slice into half-rings. Place the meat and onion into the multicooker bowl.

    Step 2

    Step 2

Slice the tomato into rounds, then cut each round into four pieces to make small slices. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Add the tomatoes and carrots to the multicooker bowl.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Season the dish with salt and pepper, and if desired, add finely chopped herbs. Then close the multicooker lid, set the pressure valve to the "Closed" position, select the "Stewing" program, and set the cooking time to 20 minutes. The cooking time is so short because I used a pressure multicooker. If you have a regular multicooker, you'll need to nearly double the cooking time.
