Fried pork brisket
Description
Perhaps this recipe isn't among the healthiest or lowest-calorie dishes, but it's definitely one of the most successful ones I've ever tried. The pork belly turns out incredibly juicy and flavorful. It's a perfect match for a neutral side dish, such as rice or boiled potatoes.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I thoroughly wash the brisket, then dry it completely with a paper towel and cut it into pieces 0.5 centimeters thick each.

Step 2

2. Transfer the meat to a bowl, add sweet and spicy sauce, pork spices, and salt to taste.

Step 3

3. Peel and chop the garlic, add it to the meat, mix well, and let it marinate for 30-60 minutes.

Step 4

4. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil, then place the marinated meat pieces onto the hot surface and sear them on both sides over high heat; this will retain all the meat juices inside.
