Description

Although a small recipe booklet usually comes with a multicooker, it's still better to cook dishes that your friends or acquaintances have already tried and tested. This simple recipe for mushrooms cooked in a "Redmond" multicooker has been tried and approved by me and my family. We often prepare these mushrooms in summer, winter, and especially in autumn—they always turn out incredibly tasty and aromatic. With this recipe for cooking mushrooms in a "Redmond" multicooker, you can stew chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, porcini, or even button mushrooms—delicious every time. 1) First, thoroughly rinse the mushrooms under running water and cut them into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. 2) Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, then add mushrooms and onion. Set the "Stewing" mode for 35 minutes. For the first 5–10 minutes, cook with the lid open. Then add a little water to the bowl, close the lid (make sure the steam valve is closed), and wait until the program finishes. 3) Once the program ends, open the steam valve to release the pressure. Then open the lid, add sour cream, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and spices to taste into the bowl. 4) Mix everything well, set the "Rice" mode, bring the mixture to a boil, then turn off the multicooker. The finished mushrooms go perfectly with potatoes and other side dishes. Enjoy your meal!
