
Mushrooms with cream
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. I serve this mushroom sauce with croutons. To make them, I slice a baguette into pieces, drizzle them with vegetable oil, and lightly toast them in the oven. The croutons can be dipped into the sauce, turning it into a delicious appetizer. Of course, these mushrooms in cream are also perfect for pasta. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the mushrooms, grate the cheese.

Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.

Melt the butter in a skillet and add the mushrooms.

Fry the mushrooms until lightly golden. Then add salt and pepper, pour in the cream.
