Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Shiitake mushrooms with potatoes are cooked the same way as other mushrooms. One exception is that shiitake cook faster. It should be noted that only the caps of shiitake are used, while the stems are usually discarded. The finished dish can be served at the table.
