Mushrooms with garlic
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can cook absolutely any mushrooms this way. If you have a large quantity of mushrooms, the cooking time will increase, and the mushrooms won't look as attractive or have that crispy sear. Frying mushrooms with garlic using this simple recipe is pure pleasure. You'll see for yourself how quick it is—especially with button mushrooms. These mushrooms are perfect to serve hot as an appetizer at a festive table or to use as a garnish for other dishes. The choice is yours! Go ahead and you'll succeed. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Choose mushrooms of approximately the same size. I'm using button mushrooms, but you can make this dish with various types of mushrooms. Wash the mushrooms and let them dry thoroughly.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and place the mushrooms in a single layer in the hot oil. After about 5 minutes, when the bottom side of the mushrooms turns golden brown, flip them and sear the other side.

Step 3

Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife.

Step 4

When the mushrooms are almost done—just about a minute left of frying—sprinkle them with minced garlic and stir. Don't worry if the garlic falls into the hot oil and fries a bit—that's good. It will add extra flavor. Just make sure the garlic doesn't burn.
