Mushrooms fried with sausage
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I cooked and served the mushrooms with sausage over spaghetti, but they also go great with porridge or potatoes. I used oyster mushrooms, which can be replaced with regular button mushrooms, porcini, or other varieties. I took two types of sausage: smoked and boiled; bacon or other smoked meats would work very well too. Serve hot.
