Mushrooms made from potatoes

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Potato preparation recipe. A very original dish that will decorate a festive table. Serve hot.

   Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush. Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan, add the potatoes and cook until done. Let the potatoes cool.

   Make a circular cut on one end to mark the future mushroom cap. Then cut out the stem.

   In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil. Fry the mushrooms in small batches until golden brown. Can be served.
