
Mushrooms Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

1. Dice the cheese and ham, press the garlic through a garlic press, and place everything in a salad bowl. Add the herbs as well. Add mayonnaise and spices to taste. Mix well.

2. Remove the mushroom stems and fill the caps with the prepared mixture.

3. Place pieces of butter on the bottom of the slow cooker, then arrange our caps on top, generously spread sour cream over them, and sprinkle with spices.

4. In "Bake" mode, keep for 20 minutes — and the dish is ready to serve!
