Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Yes, setting a festive table is a real art, and guests are hard to impress these days, but this amazing recipe for mushrooms stuffed with minced meat is a true wonder. Every ingredient is matched so perfectly, and the mushrooms turn out so tasty and juicy that they are always the first to disappear from the table. I make this appetizer quite often myself, and it is always a huge hit; time and again everyone praises my cooking skills, but of course I never tell them that such a dish is incredibly easy to prepare. With you, though, I am happy to share the recipe and explain how to make mushrooms stuffed with minced meat. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, wash the mushrooms thoroughly. When choosing button mushrooms at the store, pick the larger ones, but make sure their caps are whole and not cracked.
- 2
Step 2

Now we carefully separate the stem from the cap, so as not to damage it.
- 3
Step 3

We will also use the legs, so finely chop them now.
- 4
Step 4

Heat a skillet over the heat and melt a small piece of butter in it.
- 5
Step 5

Then place the sliced mushroom stems and onion in the pan and fry until the excess liquid has evaporated from the mushrooms.
- 6
Step 6

Now add the minced meat, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly. Fry everything together until the mince is fully cooked, without drying it out.
- 7
Step 7

Now fill each cap with the filling and arrange our mushrooms in a baking dish.
- 8
Step 8

Pour the sour cream into the dish so that it only covers the mushroom caps halfway. Then place a small amount of cheese on each mushroom. Put the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30–35 minutes. Then transfer the stuffed mushrooms onto a plate, garnish, and serve to your guests.
