Description

You can also shape stems and caps separately by hand and bake them in the oven. It will take more time, but the result will be just as delicious and appealing. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Mix flour, baking powder, and cinnamon separately. Then beat room-temperature butter with sugar until smooth. Next, add honey and sour cream. Mix well, then gradually add the dry ingredients. Knead until you get a smooth dough, divide it into two parts, and chill in the refrigerator for some time.

2. Now shape the caps from one piece, the stems from the other, and place them into mushroom-shaped molds. Bake until golden brown.

3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, and dip the caps of the prepared mushrooms into it. Let them freeze in the refrigerator.
