Venezuelan-Style Mushrooms
Description
A homemade winter preserve. The original recipe says you can also add juniper berries and dill, but that is all optional. The appetizer turns out excellent and is eaten up very quickly. It is hard to say how long it will keep in the refrigerator, because it is so tasty that you cannot keep it for long. Try this simple recipe for Venezuelan-style mushrooms—you will love it. Store in a cool, dark place.
