Description

The recipe won't take much time. It's a delicious and attractive appetizer for a festive table. Boil the eggs, slice and remove the cores from the tomatoes. Mix mayonnaise with salt and seasoning, and fill the tomatoes with this sauce. Thread eggs onto skewers (as mushroom stems) and tomatoes (as caps). Draw dots on the caps with mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce leaves. Can be served warm or chilled.
