Description
Mushroom "ears" — a tasty and filling dish, very simple to prepare and quite budget-friendly. Essentially, these are dumplings wrapped in dough in the shape of diamonds, resembling animal ears in appearance — hence the name. Sharing the recipe with you.

Boil the mushrooms in salted water for an hour.

When the mushrooms are cooked, drain the water from them using a colander. Finely chop them or turn them into a puree using a blender.

Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Combine the mushrooms with the onion, mix well. Add a little salt.

2 cups of flour, add salt, vegetable oil, and pour in water.

Knead a firm and elastic dough, gradually adding flour.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut it into small diamonds using a knife.
