Mushroom soup in Borodinsky bread

I've long wanted to try making mushroom soup in Borodino bread at home using this exact recipe. Not long ago, we were treated to this dish at a central restaurant in our city. We truly appreciated this dish, and now I often prepare this soup at home.

1. For this dish, it's best to use Borodinsky bread. I usually take the square-shaped one, and sometimes I bake it myself. So, cut off the top and remove the crumb.

2. Slice the onion into half-rings and chop the mushrooms as well.

3. Now add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté; halfway through, add the onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Don't forget to stir occasionally, and cover with a lid at the end.

4. At the very end, pour in the cream and mix thoroughly. Simmer for a few minutes, then let it cool slightly.

5. Finally, pour our mushroom soup into the Borodinsky bread at home into a "mold" and sprinkle with herbs.
