Description

Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. For making creamy mushroom sauce, you can use any mushrooms; it turns out especially delicious with button mushrooms. By the way, it's the spices that give the sauce its unique aroma and color (especially turmeric). You can also add chopped herbs to the finished sauce, such as parsley or dill. Perfectly complements pasta, meat, and vegetables.

    Wash the mushrooms and dry them.

    Then clean the mushrooms and cut them: you can cut them into random pieces, or into cubes.

    Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.

    Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil with onions for about 25 minutes. To prevent the mushrooms from browning too much, add a little water. The mushrooms should simmer.

    Then add the spices: salt, pepper, turmeric, and curry. Pour in the cream. Turmeric gives the dish a pleasant yellowish tint. Cook for another 3 minutes to thicken the sauce. If you prefer a thinner sauce, add some water.

    Spaghetti with ready-made creamy mushroom sauce turns out very tasty. You can add herbs if desired.
