Mushroom sauce for any side dish

30 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. There's nothing special in this sauce (chicken fillet, mushrooms, sour cream, and spices), but it turns out so tender, aromatic, and delicious that you won't be able to stop eating! Any porridge, spaghetti, or pasta will taste even better with this sauce. Keep in mind that wild mushrooms take slightly longer to cook than button mushrooms, so adjust the cooking time accordingly. This sauce can even be served as a standalone dish. Perfectly complements pasta, meat, and vegetables.

    1. Place the fillet, onion, carrot, garlic, bay leaf, and mixed peppers in cold water. Add salt and cook until the meat is done – about 15 minutes. Remove the cooked meat, let it cool slightly, and cut into large pieces.

    3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion cut into large cubes. When the onion becomes translucent, add the cut fillet, pepper, Italian herbs, and mix.
