Mushroom sauce from oyster mushrooms

Description

Minimal ingredients — excellent result. If desired, you can add two tablespoons of tomato paste to this sauce. It will give a slight tomato flavor and a pleasant pinkish hue. But this is optional. Also, the oyster mushroom sauce can be served with side dishes, for example, with grains. Try it, it's delicious! The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    Sort the mushrooms, rinse them under running water. Dry and cut the mushrooms into small strips. Sprinkle the mushrooms with a little salt.

    Peel and chop the onion. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, sauté the onion until soft, then add the mushrooms and cook them together until the liquid evaporates.

    Add dry white wine to the pan and simmer for another three minutes. Then add the cream and mix everything well. Reduce the heat and continue simmering for about eight minutes with the lid off.

    Add chopped dill to the sauce as well. Mix it, turn off the heat, and cover the skillet with a lid. Let the sauce stand for two to three minutes, then serve it with pasta or other dishes.
