Mushroom sauce from dried mushrooms
Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. Mushroom sauce can make even simple buckwheat porridge tasty and less ordinary. Moreover, you can serve it as an appetizer with dark bread, especially if you make it thick enough. To prepare mushroom sauce from dried mushrooms, you can use any dried mushrooms—white mushrooms will be the most aromatic and flavorful, of course. Use sour cream with a higher fat content, around 15% or 20%.

First, prepare the dried mushrooms. Rinse them, then pour boiling water over them and let soak for at least 3 hours. By the way, you can do this in the evening and leave them overnight.
