Minimal ingredients — excellent result. Here is a simple recipe for a mushroom sauce made with button mushrooms and milk. The sauce turns out quite thin, so I recommend following this recipe, but after adding all the ingredients and when the sauce is gently simmering, you can let it cook longer than ten minutes if you prefer a thicker, richer sauce. If you like something lighter, simply keep it thin and delicate. Good luck! The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    1. Sauté the washed and chopped mushrooms in vegetable oil. Add spices to taste.
