
Mushroom sauce
Description
Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. I'll tell you more below. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the mushrooms and slice them into medium-sized pieces or slices.

Dice the onion and peel the garlic, then chop it with a knife.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and lightly golden, about 5 minutes.

Add the mushrooms.

Fry the mushrooms for about 10-12 minutes, until the excess moisture evaporates and the mushrooms turn golden brown.
