Mushroom pâté
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. Here is an excellent recipe for making mushroom pâté. In fact, making this kind of pâté is not difficult at all. One thing I know for sure: if you make it at least once, you’ll keep making it regularly. The pâté is very tasty spread on bread or used as a filling for baked goods. Good luck. Serve the appetizer to the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, prepare the mushrooms. To do this, wash and clean them. Cut them in any way that is convenient for you. The cutting method does not play a big role.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the onion and garlic. Chop them as well: the onion into cubes, and the garlic into thin slices.
- 3
Step 3

Heat a frying pan and pour oil into it. Add the champignons. Fry them for a while (almost until done); the liquid released by the mushrooms should evaporate. As soon as this happens, add the onion and garlic to the mushrooms.
- 4
Step 4

Mix them with the mushrooms, reduce the heat slightly (it should be medium), and cook everything together until golden. At the end, add salt and pepper, and season with mushroom seasoning (any kind).

Step 5

You can keep the ingredients over low heat for another 5–10 minutes. Then transfer them to a blender (ideally, let them cool slightly first). Blend everything until smooth. Then add the oil and mix-blend everything once again. That’s it! The appetizer is ready! Let it cool — and you can eat!
