1. Here's what we need to prepare a mushroom quiche.

2. Let's start by preparing the dough. Mix soft butter, flour, and water. Add a pinch of salt and knead until you get a soft dough.

3. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. While the dough is resting, we wash and slice the mushrooms. Sear them in a hot dry skillet until all the excess liquid has evaporated.

5. As soon as the liquid has evaporated, add the chopped onion and vegetable oil to the mushrooms. Fry until the onion becomes soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. After half an hour, take the dough out of the refrigerator and place it into a pan (my pan's diameter is 20 cm). There's no need to roll out the dough; simply stretch it by hand.

7. Place the sautéed mushrooms with onions on the dough.

8. Mix the sour cream with the eggs, pour this mixture over the mushrooms. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
