
Mushroom julienne with sour cream
Description
Preparing a delicate and delicious julienne is not very difficult, but you should be prepared for the fact that this process is quite time-consuming. First, you need to thoroughly clean the mushrooms to avoid any sand or other debris. Of course, every homemaker has her own recipe.

1. Sort and thoroughly wash the mushrooms under running water. Then place them in a saucepan and boil until partially cooked. To do this, after they come to a boil, simmer over medium heat for no more than 10 minutes. Then drain the mushrooms through a colander. Leave them to drain excess water and cool down. Then slice the mushrooms into thin slices.

2. Prepare a small amount of hard cheese. 20-30 grams is enough. Use a coarse grater to grate the cheese.

3. Melt half of the butter in a skillet. Then combine the butter with flour in the skillet, stirring constantly. Pour in half of the milk, continuing to stir. Add the sour cream. Heat through, then pour in the remaining milk.

4. Add the previously boiled and sliced mushrooms to the resulting sour cream sauce. Heat and mix thoroughly.

5. Peel the onion. Chop it into small cubes. Then sauté in the remaining butter in a frying pan.

6. Place the mushrooms in sauce onto a plate. Add the fried onions and mix everything together. Preheat the oven. Grease the ramekins with oil. Divide the prepared mixture among the ramekins. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and pour melted butter over it. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve the finished julienne in the ramekins.
