Mushroom juliennе
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Julienne is a French dish that can easily be made at home. The result is a hearty, delicious meal that will become a favorite in your family! This recipe is classic, but you can modify it by adding or removing certain ingredients. Julienne is often cooked in cocottes or clay pots. It should be served in the same dish it was cooked in, garnished with finely chopped herbs. Instead of sour cream, you can use Béchamel sauce, which will also give the julienne a creamy, delicate flavor. The dish is ready to be served.
