Mushroom casserole with potatoes
Description
Prepare this delicious dish as follows: chop the onion and carrot, and slice the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms with onion separately, and the carrots with a small amount of onion separately. When the carrots become soft, add wine and a spoonful of mayonnaise, and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Add milk and spices to the minced meat, and mix well. Slice the potatoes into rounds. In a greased baking dish, layer the ingredients in this order: half of the potatoes, the meat mixture, mushrooms, carrots, and the remaining potatoes. Prepare a sauce by mixing mayonnaise, kefir, and grated cheese, and pour it over the potatoes. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
