
Mushroom casserole

Trim the crusts off the baguette and soak the bread crumb in milk. Then blend together with the milk into a puree using a blender.

Slice the mushrooms into small pieces and sauté with onion in vegetable oil until cooked through. You can use any mushrooms, fresh or frozen.

Add the mixture of baguette and milk to the mushrooms.

Add salt, pepper, and mix. Cook over low heat until the entire mixture begins to pull away from the pan. Then remove from heat and let cool completely.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a fluffy foam.

Add the yolks and finely chopped greens to the mushroom mixture. Mix well.

add the beaten egg whites to the same mixture and gently fold in from the bottom up.
