
Mushroom solyanka with potatoes and sour cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It will be perfect during the autumn season when you can gather mushrooms yourself. However, of course, the solyanka will always be delicious as long as you have the necessary ingredients on hand. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Slice the clean mushrooms not too finely, about 3 by 3 cm.

2/3 of the potatoes cut into large cubes. Pour milk into a cauldron or saucepan, place over heat.

Fry the remaining potatoes in butter. Add chopped onion and tomatoes, which have been pierced to let the juice out. Cook until the potatoes turn golden. Add wine, reduce the heat, and simmer for 1 minute.

Add everything from the skillet to the boiling milk with potatoes, except for the tomatoes (set them aside). Add the mushrooms.

Before boiling, add salt and pepper to taste, bay leaf, and sour cream to the cauldron. Then add the cheese slices. Simmer for 30 minutes, then let it steep for another 15. Garnish the finished dish with tomatoes.
