3. Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms, clean them, and slice if necessary. Separately mix 1 tablespoon of starch, flour, and spices. Generously coat each piece in this mixture, then bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15–20 minutes, until the mushrooms turn golden brown. Then add them to the sauce.
