Mushroom sauté

Description

Mushroom sauté is very easy to prepare. I usually make it with button mushrooms, but other mushrooms work well too. You can even use pickled mushrooms. To prepare mushroom sauté, you'll also need onion, spices, and a bit of fresh herbs if desired. You can use the finished sauté as a filling for buns, add it to soup or fried potatoes, or you can turn it into a sauce—I'll show you how right now.

You can fry the mushrooms until fully cooked, then you'll have a simple sauté that can be added to fried potatoes or soup.

Another option is to make a thicker sauté. I use something similar for preparing French-style meat with mushrooms. Add oregano, a Provence herbs mix, and allspice to the mushrooms.

    Step 8

Dissolve the bouillon cube; the broth should simmer over low heat. Add the mushrooms to the broth.

Dissolve the flour in 200 ml of water, add the sour cream, and whisk lightly until smooth.

Pour the resulting mixture into the mushrooms, bring it to a boil, then cook for another 5 minutes. Add chopped fresh herbs at the end. This delicious sauce, for example, can be made from sautéed mushrooms.

Mushroom sauté goes well with spaghetti, meat, and other dishes.
