Mushroom paste
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When you don't know what to cook, simple and tasty dishes like this one always come to the rescue. The classic mushroom pasta recipe here is enhanced with artichokes; spinach would also work perfectly. Very filling, always delicious, and quick to prepare. I recommend keeping this option in mind. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent. Wash, dry, and slice the mushrooms. Add them to the skillet along with the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

2. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the artichokes. Pour the cream into a saucepan or skillet and bring to a boil. Cook the pasta in salted water (do not cook the pasta all the way through to prevent the mushroom pasta from turning mushy when making it at home).

Step 3

3. Place the mushrooms into the boiling cream, simmer for a couple of minutes, then add a pinch of fresh herbs. Drain the pasta in a colander, then transfer it to the skillet with the sauce and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

4. The final touch, without which the mushroom paste recipe is impossible, is cheese. Grate it. Add a little directly to the pan, and reserve some for garnish.

5. This is the beauty you get as a result.
