1. This simple appetizer is prepared very quickly if you use button mushrooms. In the original, it is made from chanterelles or porcini mushrooms, but that takes a very long time.

4. Then add the chopped tomatoes. If you want the caviar to turn out like a pâté, you will need to blend the finished ingredients with a blender.

6. To preserve caviar for winter, divide it among jars, sterilize for 7 minutes (0.5 L) and seal tightly. After that, cover with a warm blanket and leave until completely cooled. You can eat the caviar right away, either hot or cold.
