Mushroom caviar from dried mushrooms
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. This recipe for mushroom caviar made from dried mushrooms has only one difficulty – correctly estimating the quantity of mushrooms. After all, in dried form they take up very little space and weigh little. Therefore, it's better to soak more mushrooms than you think you'll need. For example, I didn't have enough mushrooms, so I had to simmer for a very long time. Next time I'll add more. Wishing you good luck! The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
