Mushroom Frittata
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. Frittata is a dish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you love mushrooms, you can kill two birds with one stone. You can use fresh, frozen, and even dried mushrooms. You can eat the baked dish warm or after it has cooled. You can also eat it the next day, if, of course, any is left. Serve with herbs and sauce.
