Fried Bread with Salo
Description
If you don't mention what's in the filling, no one will guess that it's lard. The croutons turn out with a crispy crust and have the aroma of cracklings. They can be served hot or cold. You can add any herbs and spices to the filling. Serve with herbs and sauce.
