French Toast with Ricotta and Apples
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. After having guests over, you often end up with lots of bread slices already cut. It’s a shame to throw them away, but the bread has dried out a bit. Here’s a great way to use it up: make croutons. Along with apples, you can add sweet pumpkin, as well as pears and nuts. Serve the croutons warm or cooled. Serve the appetizer at the table.
