
Bread croutons with milk and eggs
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Slice the loaf, dip the pieces into the milk-egg mixture, and fry in oil. Sprinkle the prepared croutons with cinnamon and sugar. You can use yesterday's loaf. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

Cut the loaf into slices, then cut each slice in half.

Take a deep bowl, break the eggs into it, pour in the milk, add salt and dill. Whisk everything with a whisk until smooth and uniform.

Take a frying pan, place it on the stove, pour in the oil and heat it up. Dip the bread into the egg-milk mixture.

Grease the pan with oil and heat it well, then place the bread on it.

When one side of the toast is browned, flip them over and cook until done on the other side; the entire cooking process will take no more than 15 minutes.

Once the croutons are fried, it's best to place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
