
Beer Croutons

Prepare the ingredients. Slice the baguette into slices of equal thickness.

Lightly brown the baguette slices in a dry skillet.

In a deep frying pan, melt the butter and add the cheese grated on a coarse grater.

As soon as the cheese has melted, pour in the beer, add salt and pepper. Then add the egg yolk.

Mix everything together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the baguette slices, and pour the resulting cheese mixture over them.
